Experience your favourite FLOW classes with the added benefits of infrared heat. Set at approximately 38°C, our infrared studio enhances muscle activation, boosts circulation, supports flexibility and encourages deeper connection between body and mind.
Choose from Infrared Sculpt, Infrared Mat Pilates, or Infrared Yoga, with Dynamic, Slow Flow and Yin options available.

Mat Pilates
Our Dynamic Mat Pilates class combines controlled, flowing movements on the mat to target your entire body. Focused on building core strength, improving balance and enhancing flexibility, each session challenges your endurance while promoting alignment and control.

Yoga
Move, stretch and reset with our range of yoga practices. Choose Dynamic for a stronger, more energising flow, Slow Flow for mindful movement and relaxation, or Yin for deep stretches, longer holds and restorative stillness.

Host rules

Grip socks are required for our barre and reformer classes.
The space must only be used for the activity agreed at the time of booking.
The maximum agreed guest capacity must not be exceeded.
Guests must follow all instructions provided by venue staff and respect the space, equipment and facilities at all times.
Any damage to the space, equipment or furnishings caused by guests may result in additional charges.
Guests must arrive and finish within their booked time slot. Additional charges may apply if the booking overruns.
The space must be left tidy, with all belongings and personal items removed at the end of the booking.
Guests must not move, remove or adjust equipment, furniture or studio fixtures without prior permission.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the premises.
Guests must not bring external catering, food or drinks into the space without prior approval.
Alcohol is only permitted with prior written approval from the venue.
Decorations, signage and other installations must be approved in advance. Nothing may be attached to walls, mirrors or other surfaces without permission.
The use of candles, naked flames, confetti, glitter or other materials that may damage the space is prohibited unless agreed in advance.
All guests must follow the venue’s health and safety instructions and use equipment responsibly.
The venue must be notified in advance of any external suppliers, contractors or additional equipment being brought onto the premises.
