The PodRoom London is a purpose-built recording studio designed for podcast production. The room is enclosed and acoustically treated, with surfaces calibrated to reduce echo and external noise.
The layout is compact and inward-facing. Microphones, recording interfaces, and monitoring equipment are fixed and ready for use. Seating is arranged for interviews and small group discussion, with clear sightlines across the table.
Access is self-managed, allowing independent use without on-site supervision. Technical setup is integrated and simplified to minimise adjustment.

No smoking in the building.
Damage to the space will result in extra charge.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your booking time.
Your session includes setup and pack-down time — please plan accordingly.
Access details are provided prior to your session. Do not share access codes with anyone.
Your booking begins and ends at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals will not extend the session.
Please ensure the studio is reset and vacated promptly at the end of your booking.
Handle all equipment (microphones, cameras, headphones, mixers) with care.
Do not unplug, rewire, or reconfigure equipment unless instructed.
Report any technical issues immediately.
You are responsible for any damage caused during your session.
The studio must be left exactly as you found it.
No food inside the studio.
Drinks must have secure lids.
Please take all rubbish with you.
Leave the space clean and tidy for the next guest.
Be mindful of noise in communal areas.
Respect neighbouring businesses and other studio users.
Keep music and playback at reasonable levels.
You are fully responsible for the content you record.
The studio does not take liability for copyright infringement, defamation, or misuse of recorded material.
Do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed in the studio.
Ensure cables and equipment are not obstructing walkways.
In case of emergency, follow the building’s safety procedures.
Please check your recordings before leaving.
The PodRoom London is not responsible for lost or corrupted files unless agreed as part of a production package.
