A semi-private studio area with a high industrial ceiling and tall windows that supply abundant natural light. The floor has a neutral concrete finish and the space is dressed as a lounge set: sofa, coffee table, sideboard and a fabric room divider that allow flexible staging and local light control.

Room features: On-site video and photographic equipment supports multi-camera recording and stills, while studio lighting and roll-down backdrops including a greenscreen allow controlled looks. Venue Wi‑Fi enables livestreaming and remote direction, and the area is wheelchair accessible with accessible toilets.
