Amazing venue, couldn’t have asked for more! The staff were so lovely, the area was beautiful and was an amazing night!

Nothing!

The venue is well located and the pizzas were big and tasty. The staff was friendly and accommodating before the event and during. The shuffle board keeps guests entertained. Could plug in my own music. I was allowed to bring my birthday cake etc.

The airconditioning was broken so many of my guests left earlier than they would have because it was unbearably warm in the room, or spent time downstairs which wasn't ideal. The bar staff would disappear at points and it was therefore difficult to get drinks - mainly because not all drinks were available upstairs so they had to go downstairs to get/make them. The food menu is quite limited, other than pizzas, not much finger food. Mac n cheese is difficult as it requires cutlery. The venue was booked from 5pm to 1am, but at midnight we were kicked out by a rude security guard.
