The space has a simple rectangular layout, which makes it easy to adapt. You’ve got an open floor plan that works for photography and video shoots, rehearsals, small performances, DJ sets, pilates or yoga classes, workshops, castings, and general creative sessions. It’s especially popular with dancers, actors, musicians, and artists who want somewhere that feels a bit different but still practical.

Each wall has its own look, so you get multiple backdrops in one room. There’s a clean blank canvas wall, a cloud-style feature wall, a sculptural egg chair, and soft blocks you can move around or style however you like. Because it’s open, you can zone it for teaching, performing, filming, or setting up seating without much effort.

There are toilets on site, including an accessible one, plus a shower and step-free ground floor access. A café runs Monday to Friday, and there’s also a kitchenette in the neighbouring block with a fridge, microwave, and drinking water. It’s straightforward and flexible, so you can focus on what you’re there to create.
