The East LDN Space is a design-led, light-filled Victorian apartment in East London. Featuring high ceilings, ornate mouldings, large sash windows, and a mix of original whitewashed floorboards and microcement flooring, the space combines period architecture with modern furnishings, soft tonal interiors, and layered textures.
The space offers soft natural light throughout the day, with direct morning light streaming through the front sash windows and creating sun patterns across the apartment. Adjustable voiles allow for both direct and diffused light, making it highly versatile for a range of visual styles.
A standout feature is the butter yellow kitchen, a warm, contemporary backdrop that reflects butter yellow’s shift from trend to modern neutral. The apricot tiled bathroom adds a distinctive and playful design detail, offering an additional character-rich backdrop.
The space is ideal for brand campaigns, fashion and lifestyle editorials, product and interiors photography, content creation, and small-scale video productions, as well as portfolio shoots, personal branding, interviews, podcasts, and intimate events such as workshops, brand previews, and private dining.
A generously sized garden studio provides additional flexible space, suitable for shooting or for hair and makeup, styling, changing, storage, or e-commerce setups. Furniture throughout the space can be reconfigured or cleared, allowing for flexible layouts to suit a range of production or event requirements.
