Prices
Minimum hire is 2 hours. Half-day and full-day rates are available on request. Prices may vary depending on usage, production size, evening/weekend requests and whether additional staff support is required.
Any use of the sauna must be agreed in advance. Hirers are responsible for leaving the space as found and may be liable for any damage to equipment or facilities.

• No smoking or vaping anywhere within the venue or building.
• The space must be left in the same condition it was found.
• Reformer equipment may only be used as intended and must not be moved without prior approval.
• Use of the infrared sauna must be agreed in advance and operated in accordance with provided instructions.
• No glitter, confetti, smoke machines, candles or open flames.
• Food and drinks are permitted in designated areas only.
• Music and noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level and in consideration of neighbouring businesses and residents.
• Hirers are responsible for any damage caused during their booking.
• All equipment, props and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the hire period.
• Commercial filming, photography and content creation are welcome.
• Please respect the venue, staff and other users within the Blackhorse Mills development.
