A large, flexible event space for cultural events, live music, club nights, talks, screenings, workshops, conferences, launches and private hire.
With a full Martin Audio system, the right crowd and a team who gets grassroots and cultural programming. For live music, club nights, screenings and ticketed events of every kind. We are open to promoters and organisers bringing their own nights on fair terms, with an experienced team that helps rather than gatekeeps.
Capacity: Standing up to 300. Seated up to 150. Yoga mats up to 80. Event ticket cap 350, plus 20 organiser guest-list places. Whole venue cap approx 400. (Separately, the venue reserves the right to 15 guest-list places, see Hire policies.)

Prices
Events, workshops, daytime and community bookings from £100 per hour plus VAT.
Corporate, private and dry hire from £250 per hour plus VAT.
Live music from £500 flat for the night. Film screenings £350 flat (7pm to 11pm, 150 seated). Club nights run on a £500 deposit plus a minimum spend.
Minimum hours: 4 on weekends, 2 on weekdays. Final quotes depend on date, timing, duration, setup, staffing and catering needs, so please enquire with your brief.
Use of the on-site cafe for coffee and food and the garden as breakout space are included with most hires, with a bar available for evening events. Discounted rates available for full-day and multi-day hires. We are happy to discuss bespoke formats, just tell us what you are planning.

Host rules
● No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking and vaping are permitted in the garden only.
● Capacity must not be exceeded: up to 300 standing or 150 seated.
● Any damage to the space, equipment or fixtures will be charged to the hirer.
● Decorations must not be fixed to walls, ceilings or fittings in any way that causes damage. No confetti, glitter, smoke machines or pyrotechnics without prior written agreement.
● All music and amplified sound is subject to agreed finish times and venue sound limits.
● Technical requirements must be confirmed with the venue at least 7 days before the event.
● Use of in-house sound, lighting and AV is by arrangement; only venue staff or approved technicians may operate venue equipment.
● The space must be left clear of the hirer's own equipment, decorations and waste at the end of the hire.
● Access is step-free via a platform lift; please tell us about any access requirements in advance so we can prepare the space.
● Children and under-18s must be supervised at all times.
● The hirer is responsible for the conduct of their guests and suppliers throughout the booking.
