An industrial-style bar venue defined by exposed brick and a long service counter that keeps the space functional and active.
Design: The interior pairs exposed brickwork with a curved corrugated-metal ceiling, giving the room a warehouse character. The bar area uses stainless-steel fittings and shelving, and the floor is punctuated by wooden barrel tables and large pendant lights.
Features: A full-length bar and open prep area provide a visible serving point. The venue includes Wi‑Fi and air conditioning and permits own music and a bring-your-own DJ subject to noise restrictions. The layout includes a clear dance area and step-free access, with wheelchair-accessible toilets on site.

Access & Timing
• Hire period must include setup and breakdown time;

• All rubbish must be removed or disposed of as agreed;
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if needed;
Production / Filming Specific
• No drilling, fixing, or alterations without prior approval;
• Any set builds must be agreed in advance;
• Floor/wall protection may be required;
Insurance
• Public liability insurance required (often £1–5M cover);
• Proof of insurance may be requested before booking;
Staff & Security
• Security may be required depending on event size/type;
• Venue staff instructions must be followed at all times;
Alcohol & Licensing
• Alcohol service must comply with licensing laws;
• No external alcohol without prior agreement;
• Deliveries & Load-In;

DJs, live bands and mechanical bulls can be brought to the venue.
The venue has an Allen & Heath ZED60-14FX mixer, four Mackie speakers, a projector for visuals, a DJ booth and a stage for performers.
Yes, mechanical bulls can be brought to the venue. DJs and live bands are also permitted.
The venue has lighting available, and clients may bring their own production setup. Alternatively, a preferred AV supplier can provide production services.
