A calmer, light-filled room in our Hackney Wick venue, short walk from Hackney Wick Overground and around ten to fifteen minutes from Stratford.
The Sunroom suits workshops, training, meetings, talks, screenings, book launches, open mics, small private gatherings and content shoots on selected dates. It holds approximately 60 standing and 40 seated.
The layout is flexible for seated, workshop or movement use, with tables, chairs and soft mats available. The naturally bright atmosphere makes it an easy daytime space for small teams and creative sessions, and the on-site cafe supports daytime bookings. The cafe and bar are wheelchair accessible via a platform lift, with a gender-neutral accessible toilet.

Host rules
● No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking and vaping are permitted in the garden only.
● Capacity must not be exceeded: up to 300 standing or 150 seated.
● Any damage to the space, equipment or fixtures will be charged to the hirer.
● Decorations must not be fixed to walls, ceilings or fittings in any way that causes damage. No confetti, glitter, smoke machines or pyrotechnics without prior written agreement.
● All music and amplified sound is subject to agreed finish times and venue sound limits.
● Technical requirements must be confirmed with the venue at least 7 days before the event.
● Use of in-house sound, lighting and AV is by arrangement; only venue staff or approved technicians may operate venue equipment.
● The space must be left clear of the hirer's own equipment, decorations and waste at the end of the hire.
● Access is step-free via a platform lift; please tell us about any access requirements in advance so we can prepare the space.
● Children and under-18s must be supervised at all times.
● The hirer is responsible for the conduct of their guests and suppliers throughout the booking.
