A kitchen studio set up with designer pieces and distinctive props, giving the space an editorial feel. It works for photography, film shoots, content creation, interviews, podcasts, cooking content, lifestyle shoots, and small productions.

The open-plan layout offers full lighting control, so it works for both photo and video where consistency matters. The styled kitchen setup also makes a strong backdrop for a range of creative projects.

The studio totals 450 sq ft, giving you a flexible footprint for shooting, styling, and production work.

Overtime is charged at 1.5x the hourly rate in 30-minute increments. Please ensure all setup and pack-down is included in your booking time.

The studio must be left in the same condition as found. Cleaning is included, but guests are responsible for tidying up and removing all items brought in. Any damage to walls, floors, furniture, or equipment will be charged.
No nails, screws, staples, or wall damage. All tape must be fully removed.

All equipment must be used responsibly. Guests are liable for any damage or loss during their booking.

No smoking, glitter, confetti, open flames, or smoke-producing activities.
