Studio Three is a unique, multifunctional space designed as a dry hire preparation kitchen, a quiet breakout room, or a creative hub for food content creators filming cooking videos.

🔹 Dual-Purpose: A full-length privacy curtain hides the kitchen units, instantly transforming the room into a clean, focused studio environment.
🎵 Audio: Includes a dedicated speaker with a standard AUX jack connection.
🧼 Equipped: Access to a fridge, freezer, kettle, sink, and dishwasher (must be left empty after use).
🧑‍🍳 Cooking Facilities: An induction hob and combination oven/microwave are available only with prior written consent and pre-approval. (Note: The oven has no shelving and shares the appliance with the microwave, so they cannot be used simultaneously).
🔒 Security: Monitored by our secure buzzer entry system and CCTV.
