🧼 Equipped: Access to a fridge, freezer, kettle, sink, and dishwasher (must be left empty after use).
🧑🍳 Cooking Facilities: An induction hob and combination oven/microwave are available only with prior written consent and pre-approval. (Note: The oven has no shelving and shares the appliance with the microwave, so they cannot be used simultaneously).

❖ Cooking Facilities: Use of the oven and hob is available only with prior written consent.
❖ Security: Directly accessible from other studios and protected by our secure buzzer entry system and CCTV.
Pricing & Booking:
❖ Venue Add-On: When hiring another studio, add the kitchen for just £25 for the full day to manage your catering and refreshments.
❖ Individual Hire: For those hiring Studio Three on its own, a minimum 3-hour booking applies at a rate of £25.
❖ Regular Hire Discounts: We offer significantly lower rates for regular weekly bookings. Get in touch to discuss your schedule.
❖ Cleaning & Fees: An additional cleaning fee applies if the kitchen is used for cooking or for large/late-night parties.
House Rules:
❖ Strict Allergy Policy: We operate a no nuts and no raw poultry policy to prevent cross-contamination and allergy risks.
❖ Condition of Hire: The space must be returned to its original clean condition. Cleaning and antibacterial products are provided under the sink.
