About this space

An industrial studio close to Elephant & Castle, built around a dual-space concept for added creative flexibility. The studio covers around 1,300 sq ft and features two fully designed rooms connected by a sliding door — one entirely black, one entirely white — giving you a high-contrast environment for bolder visuals.

Each room is set up with designer elements, so you get two completely different aesthetics within the same booking. It works for photography, film shoots, content creation, interviews, podcasts, and small productions.

The studio also has a remote-controlled backdrop system, which makes setup changes quick during a shoot.

Overtime is charged at 1.5x the hourly rate in 30-minute increments. Please ensure all setup and pack-down is included in your booking time.

The studio must be left in the same condition as found. Cleaning is included, but guests are responsible for tidying up and removing all items brought in. Any damage to walls, floors, furniture, or equipment will be charged.
No nails, screws, staples, or wall damage. All tape must be fully removed.

All equipment must be used responsibly. Guests are liable for any damage or loss during their booking.

No smoking, glitter, confetti, open flames, or smoke-producing activities.
