About this space

An industrial studio close to Elephant & Castle, set up for photography, film shoots, content creation, interviews, podcasts, and small productions. The open-plan space has a large white cyclorama infinity wall with full light control, so it works for both photo and video at any time of day.

The studio totals 800 sq ft — a 350 sq ft main studio plus a 450 sq ft kitchen and adjacent workspace that can be used for styling, prep, meetings, or laptop work. There are also several additional rooms and a gallery-style hall, which add character and make the space useful for shoots, castings, fittings, and general production.

Overtime is charged at 1.5x the hourly rate in 30-minute increments. Please ensure all setup and pack-down is included in your booking time.

The studio must be left in the same condition as found. Cleaning is included, but guests are responsible for tidying up and removing all items brought in. Any damage to walls, floors, furniture, or equipment will be charged.
No nails, screws, staples, or wall damage. All tape must be fully removed.

All equipment must be used responsibly. Guests are liable for any damage or loss during their booking.

No smoking, glitter, confetti, open flames, or smoke-producing activities.
