About this space

The space features a versatile shoot area with a large, south-facing industrial arched window, complete with an optional blackout blind for controlled lighting. It includes a small kitchenette with coffee and tea amenities, a beautiful wooden client table with six chairs, and a foldable wooden changing area. The space is equipped with four 2x8' trestle tables, multiple 13A sockets, and one 32A socket for your power needs.

For your shoot, we provide a trolley, two 20" C stands with arms and knuckles, five 40" C stands with arms and knuckles, and four 8x4' B/W polyboards with stands. Additional lighting, equipment, plinths, and props are available for hire upon request.

Please note that access to the upstairs mezzanine is strictly prohibited due to health and safety regulations.

- Well-behaved pets allowed; any damages will be charged

- No Taping to the Walls or Floor; damages will be charged at a minimum of £100

- Music must remain at a reasonable Level

- The studio must be left as found, all bins emptied and cups cleaned in the shared kitchen
