Room features: Rollable backdrops and studio lighting allow controlled backgrounds and exposure for stills and motion work. On‑site photographic kit supports production needs and a PA system supplies audio playback during sessions.
Best for: Product and beauty stills, portrait sessions and small-scale video work suit the studio's layout and kit.

- No Smoking in the building

- Well-behaved pets allowed; any damages will be charged
- No Parties
- No Overnight Stays
- No Access to Upstairs Mezzanine
- No climbing of the Stairs inside the Studio
- No Taping to the Walls or Floor; damages will be charged at a minimum of £100
- No Paint / Messy Shoots
- Music must remain at a reasonable Level
- Clients must be respectful to all neighbours in or near the building
- The studio must be left as found, all bins emptied and cups cleaned in the shared kitchen
