Host rules

Studio 4Seasons works from 07:00 to 23:00, studio booking is done according to a certain schedule, you can see the available time and date in the calendar when booking the studio. The minimum booking time is 1 hour.
Cancellation and transfer of the studio.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days or more before the rental date, the prepayment is refunded in full.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days, the prepayment is not refunded, but it is possible to transfer to another date if it is free.
Rescheduling is possible no later than 24 hours before the booked date. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the start of shooting is not refundable, or transfer to another day.
Rules for being in the studio.
Please arrive on time, in case of being late, the rental time is not extended, it is possible to extend it for an additional fee if the studio is free after you.
If the tenant's delay results in the impossibility of preparing the premises for the next client in a timely manner, the studio reserves the right to withhold £15 for every 10 minutes.
Please treat the studio equipment and decorations with care. In the event of damage to the equipment or props, the studio reserves the right to demand compensation.
In the event of contamination of furniture (stains from food, drinks, cosmetics, dirty shoes, etc.), a fine will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning.
Food and drinks may only be brought in by prior arrangement with the studio administration.
No more than 10 people may be in the premises (including photographers, make-up artists, etc.)
Video surveillance.
The studio has a video surveillance system installed to ensure the safety of clients, equipment and property of the studio.
Recordings from cameras are kept confidential and are used solely to prevent and resolve possible incidents.
Premises condition after rent.
After the end of the rent, clients are required to leave the photo studio premises in the same condition as they were at the
