About this space
Welcome to one of Central London's most characterful event spaces, where boutique British style meets period detail. This well-considered ground floor space has been put together with a careful eye for detail, offering an atmosphere that is warm and unlike anything you will find in a conventional venue.
The main event space features velvet chairs, round period tables, and a sweeping L-shaped wrap-around sofa, well suited for relaxed networking or private dining. A grand period fireplace, hanging chandeliers, and a collection of bold British artworks set the tone, while large period windows frame views over the park and fill the room with natural light. An 85-inch display screen and a dedicated serving bar make the space as practical as it is good-looking.
Adjoining the main space is a comfortable lounge, where an original white wooden fireplace serves as the centrepiece. With a large leather sofa and carefully selected period furniture that brings to mind London's finest private members' clubs, the lounge offers a quieter, more relaxed setting for guests.
Together, the two rooms form a cohesive and good-looking setting for drinks receptions of all kinds. Guests can move freely between the livelier main space and the quieter lounge — a combination that encourages conversation and makes for a genuinely enjoyable guest experience. Well suited for corporate receptions, private celebrations, and launch events.

Bookings & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 10 days before your event. Full payment is required for bookings made within 10 days of the hire date.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Capacity
You must not exceed the stated room capacity at any time. A final delegate count is required two working days before your event.
Access & Hours
Rooms are available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30. You must vacate promptly at the end of your hire period. Overtime will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
Equipment
AV equipment, interactive screen, whiteboard, and Wi-Fi are included. You are responsible for any damage caused to our equipment or property by you or your delegates.
Catering
Catering must be confirmed five working days in advance. External caterers require prior written approval. Food and drink must remain in designated areas.
Conduct
You are responsible for the behaviour of your delegates. Noise must not disturb other building users. We reserve the right to terminate a booking without refund if conduct is unacceptable.
Liability
ES London accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property. We recommend arranging your own event insurance.
