About this space

6th Floor - Louge & Meetings Space

A versatile lounge and meeting space combining comfort, character and functionality.

Ideal for informal meetings, networking, breakout sessions and small presentations, with flexible seating, presentation facilities and plenty of natural light.

The floor also includes a small refreshment area equipped with a fridge, coffee machine and kettle.
The fridge can store approximately 15 bottles, depending on their size, while the coffee machine and kettle are available for preparing coffee and hot drinks.

Please note that the area does not include cooking facilities, and food preparation or cooking is not permitted.

-Care of the Space & Damage Responsibility
Guests are expected to treat the room, furnishings, and equipment with care and respect. Any damages to the property, AV equipment, or furniture incurred during the hire period will be charged directly to the organizer.

-Window Safety
Windows may be opened for ventilation, but please exercise extreme caution. Ensure no personal items, equipment, or debris are placed on or near the window sills to prevent objects from falling to the street below.

-Noise Levels & Stairwells
• Office Hours (Until 17:00): As this is an active professional building, noise must be kept to a reasonable business level during working hours (09:00 – 17:00).
• Common Areas & Stairwells: Please maintain quiet at all times when using the stairwells, corridors, and lifts to respect other occupants in the building.

-Deliveries & Package Storage
• Deliveries prior to the event (e.g., the day before) may be accommodated upon request, subject to prior approval.
• Approval is evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the dimensions, storage requirements, and nature of the delivery. Please contact us in advance to arrange logistics.
