Art House is a photo and video studio in a restored 19th-century warehouse in Barnet. The space features exposed brick walls, large factory-style windows, high ceilings, and wooden floors. Arched windows provide natural light, and a mezzanine adds depth to the layout.

The studio is styled with vintage furniture and props, creating multiple ready-to-use shooting areas. All areas are accessible, including a kitchen and bathroom. Set builders are available to create custom setups using a range of props and materials.

Host rules

- Set up and pack down is included in the booking time.
- No alcohol allowed.
- Please leave the studio as you found it or we'll have to charge a cleaning fee.
- Overtime is charged after 10min from the end of the booking.
- All ages are allowed in the space
- The studio space will be as it appears in the listing photographs
- Furniture and props can be moved around the studio on the condition that they are returned to where they came from
- If furniture and props are not returned to their original location, a discretionary post-service cleaning fee will be applied
- Furniture and large props cannot be moved out of the space
- Smoke machines are allowed
- Nudity is allowed
- Security cameras cover the outside access roads and common spaces.
