Whitehouse is a large studio set in a restored 19th-century warehouse in Barnet, North London. It combines original features with a functional layout for photography and filming.

The space includes high ceilings with skylights, exposed beams, and industrial details. One section is styled with wood-paneled walls, mid-century furniture, while the rest remains open for flexible setups.

A 8m x 5m three-wall infinity cove is available for shooting. Additional facilities include a make-up area, private changing room, kitchen, and bathroom. The studio also provides a refreshment area with coffee and tea for clients and crew.

Located on the first floor, Whitehouse includes one parking space with every booking, with additional parking available for £20 per vehicle per day. The versatile layout and mix of character features and production facilities make it suitable for both commercial and creative projects.

- Overtime is charged after 10min from the end of the booking.
- All ages are allowed in the space
- The studio space will be as it appears in the listing photographs
- Furniture and props can be moved around the studio on the condition that they are returned to where they came from
- If furniture and props are not returned to their original location, a discretionary post-service cleaning fee will be applied
- Furniture and large props cannot be moved out of the space
- Smoke machines are allowed
- Nudity is allowed
- Security cameras cover the outside access roads and common spaces.
