All it took was one 30-minute call with her, and everything was immediately clear, structured, and taken care of. I didn’t have to worry about a single detail, everything was in Emmy’s hands, and she is a true professional. They also supported us with the floral arrangements, including my bridal bouquet, which was delivered directly to my room — such a thoughtful and convenient touch. I truly felt that I didn’t have to stress about anything, which is priceless on such an important day. I would also like to thank the staff for their patience as we were a little noisy at times, but the celebration was absolutely wonderful, and the team handled everything with kindness and understanding. Thank you for making our wedding celebration so special and memorable.
