The Windsor Suite is an exquisite pine-panelled executive boardroom complete with a butler’s pantry, full air-conditioning, an abundance of natural daylight and a wall-mounted TV above the fireplace. Located on the ground floor of the hotel, the Windsor Suite is perfectly suited to meetings and
presentations, accommodating up to 20 guests at one table or up to 30 guests across three tables. A discreet VIP entrance is available upon request, and wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are conveniently located along the same corridor.

At The Milestone Hotel, we celebrate the best of British gastronomy, balanced with seasonal creativity. Executive Chef Daniel Putz presents menus rooted in classic British fare, elevated with modern touches and the finest local produce. We are delighted to share that we cater for all dietary requirements and allergies including vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and halal, provided details are shared with us in advance. We also offer bespoke menus to suit every schedule and budget. In addition to the buffet and afternoon tea lunch options listed previously, you are also invited to upgrade your meeting and impress your guests with a sit-down dinner or a sophisticated drinks reception in the Stables Bar to conclude your event at the Milestone Hotel.

Had an incredible time at The Milestone Hotel for our intimate work Christmas party. The team were attentive and very kind throughout the entire evening. The Windsor Suite was perfect, open, regal and beautiful! Food was exquisite! Would definitely come back :)

A Perfect Wedding Venue and Unmatched Hospitality ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sam and I recently celebrated my wedding on 12/12/2024 at The Milestone Hotel, and it was the most magical experience I could have ever dreamed of. From the moment I began planning with the hotel in early summer 2024, the level of care and attention to detail exceeded all my expectations. A huge shoutout to Emma Smith, the Sales, Conference, and Banqueting Executive, who worked tirelessly with me through countless emails—probably over 100! She was patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to bringing my vision to life. No request or idea was too big or small; Emma always had thoughtful solutions and suggestions to make everything perfect. She truly is the best! The hotel itself is warm, cozy, and oozes charm. The service provided by the entire team was absolutely top-notch—everyone was professional, friendly, and eager to ensure our day was flawless. The Milestone Hotel is not only gorgeous but also conveniently located near Chelsea Old Town Hall, making it an ideal spot for our wedding reception after the ceremony. Every detail, from the beautifully appointed spaces to the impeccable hospitality, made my wedding day unforgettable. I can’t recommend The Milestone Hotel enough for anyone planning a special event. It’s a place where dreams come true. Thank you for making our big day so extraordinary!

We had our wedding reception at the Milestone, and it was nothing short of amazing. Emma was so helpful, calm, and flexible throughout our planning process, and on the day everyone made sure we had the best time. It all ran smoothly, they were able to adapt to last minute changes, and all the guests loved the location - it is so beautiful. We were able to start with canapés in the Park Lounge, then had a delicious afternoon tea in the Windsor Suite, to end with drinks in the bar. I highly recommend this venue, all the staff, and Emma as an event planner, if you're looking to host a wedding or event.
