About this space

The light, airy conservatory room at Twenty Nevern Square is available to hire and provides the perfect setting for business and leisure events alike.

Business users will be pleased to have use of complimentary wi-fi, a 47” HD LG Plasma screen TV, a flipchart (on request), and a secretarial service (also on request).

The price includes tea, coffee, water and juice and excludes VAT. We are able to cater lunch from preferred suppliers for an additional per-person charge.

With the room set up in "theatre" style, the conservatory seats 24 people.

With the room set up in "banquet/restaurant" style, the room can seat up to 24 people.

It is suggested you check out the images to get a feel for the room, and/or check it on Google 360. Or why not arrange to come and have a look for yourself, if you are able to?

Room hire includes the use of our outdoor decked balcony and garden, subject to a maximum number of people being out there at any one time.

Additional facilities which can be provided at additional cost include bar, kitchen, crockery/cutlery. We do not currently offer in-house catering but can make suggestions for outside catering on a non-reliance basis.

Our events reservationist will be only too happy to give you a quote based on your bespoke requirements.

Yes, clients are welcome to play their own music for dancing. A tablet connected to speakers is available, though volume should be kept at a reasonable level during evening hours.

No, as a small hotel, the venue does not have additional sofas or red armchairs available to add to The Conservatory. The Conservatory has enough chairs to seat all guests, plus a few extras, and guests may also use the lobby, which is shared with other hotel guests.

The room is very bright and well-suited for a showroom or gallery activation.

Can external decorators be brought in to set up decorations?
