Very friendly staff - our bar team of Dani, Caiden and Tarun were very helpful and great staff. Overall the venue was great!
A few hiccups, such as broken toilets, floor and projector. A heads up from the staff about the toilets (which had been broken for 4-5 days) would have been nice.
We had our Office Christmas lunch here second year in a row. Lovely venue, great service & atmosphere and nice food.
The venue was great, the Staff were awesome, very attentive and accommodating, kept me informed all night as to how the bar tab was doing, I couldn't fault the team at all

The actual venue and service up until the actual day was very good. Farida was exceptional and willing to help. She was the reason why the event happened. The venue could accommodate for all my 70 plus guests as well as my own DJ which was an important requirement.
On the day, when I arrived, to my astonishment, the bar staff in the venue stated that there were no menus and that the normal bar menu I'd been sent beforehand would not be served on the night. On my request, they agreed to serve some of the signature cocktails and print tailor made menus. However, at the end of the night it became apparent that the bar staff and management had sneakily added the discretionary 12.5% service charge on to the price of every drink served without my knowledge, making each drink extremely expensive. This was not fair on my guests and I had no knowledge of this. Upon contacting the venue about this, they have admitted they added the service charge but have not compensated or responded. If you do book the venue, be very very careful as they may try and do smeothing similar.
