Food was very tasty. Venue was perfect. Service was excellent.
Food was brought out on platters so warm food didn't stay warm. We were expecting food to be in some kind of chafer to stay warm.
What a beautiful building! The staff were friendly, considerate and on time with catering etc.
Very good location and room size was good. It's a historic building and the room is nice. Food was good and fresh.
There were no waiters/staff to even greet us, the one waiter that showed up at 8.30am when the venue was told I would be there from 8.15am. The projector had issues and there was no technical help, and waiter had no clue how to help us with the projector, we had to fix things ourselves. Clearly communication between event organisers and the waiters is very poor, as when we got there the table layout was not right (we asked for cabaret and it was set up as rounds), no flip charts, had to ask the waiter to bring them out, no fruit for other diets such as Vegans (not the best menu for Vegan diets!). One of the waiters leading the event was quite rude to myself and the guests, even a simple request would be approached in a rude manner, which I would not expect given we're paying £1000s to hire the place.
Excellent customer service all day from the whole team.
