About Here + Now N16

Here + Now N16 is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.

Here and Now N16 holds three spaces and sits off Stoke Newington Church Street, one of north-east London's best-loved high streets, lined with independent cafés, bookshops and restaurants. Clissold Park is across the road and Abney Park is a short walk away, making it easy to pair your event with a stroll or a bite to eat.

We're a new space for shoots, movement, gathering and celebration, a home away from home for all of us, all of the time, for all parts of you. The rooms are calm, warm and simply furnished, with plants, soft lighting and natural textures, so they feel welcoming straight away and are easy to make your own.

Areas and zones. The venue has two light filled studios:

• Studio 4 (ground floor): an open 9m x 12m event studio for up to 100 guests, with its own kitchen, WC and store room.
• Studio 2 (first floor): 9m x 7 m with a 5m apex ceiling. The Hearth, a warm lounge next to the main studio has a large sofa, dining table, kitchen and bathroom. The Main Room and Hearth are both bookable for evenings and weekends.

Equipment and amenities. PA system, mixer and sub woofer, Sonos sound systems, adjustable hue warm and colour lighting in Studio 4, fast WiFi, central heating, kitchens with kettle, fridge and microwave. Yoga mats, cushions, blankets and bolsters. Tea, coffee and catering can be arranged on request.

Sound. Events can run until 11pm. We're on a lively high street with neighbours close by, so we ask hirers to keep music at an agreed level and to help guests leave quietly.

Accessibility. Studio 4 is on the ground floor with step-free access from the street. Studio 2 (The Hearth and the Main Room) is up a flight of stairs, and there is no lift.

Getting here and parking. Cannonbury and Stoke Newington Stations are a 15 minute walk away. 393 buses stop right outside the venue and 73 bus stop is 3 minutes walk away. There is free on-site parking for one vehicle. Plenty of bike parking and a gate to our mews that is locked overnight.
