Book the whole first floor: a calm studio room for your sessions, and The Hearth, a warm, cosy lounge with soft seating, for breaks, food and conversation. Guests can relax on our neurosonic chaise longue. You'll have the kitchen and WC to yourselves. Studio 2 is reached through The Hearth, so The Hearth is included in every Studio 2 booking.

What's in the space: desks and chairs for up to 20, soft seating, WiFi, Sonos sound, warm lighting, and a kitchen with kettle, fridge and microwave.

Perfect for: workshops and courses, teacher trainings, retreat days, women's and men's circles, writing groups, team away-days, baby showers and intimate celebrations.

• Set-up and pack-down time must be included within your booked hours (allow 15–60 minutes either side of your event).
• Music and noise levels must be kept at an agreed level out of respect for nearby high-street neighbors.
• All music and amplified sound must end by 10:30 PM, with the space fully vacated by 11:00 PM.
• Bookings involving open flames, candles, or incense must receive prior written sign-off from management.
• No smoking anywhere inside the building or courtyard mews.
• Please leave the studio tidy, with all trash placed in bins and equipment returned to its original setup.
• Any damage caused to the space, equipment, or floor will result in additional charges.
