We’re perfectly placed to host a broad range of cross-disciplinary events including live music, recorded sessions, workshops, talks, screenings, parties, DJ sets, dining, book launches, art fairs, exhibitions and more.
The 324sqm, 150 capacity top-floor warehouse space overlooks Hackney Downs trainline and benefits from incredible natural light through high pitched ceilings and sky-light windows. It’s fitted with an infinity curve, domestic kitchen, dressing room and shower, and has completely customisable features including a pop-up bar, sofas, plants, staging, lighting and sound systems.

Working across music venues, bars, festival programming, marketing, design, production, and interiors, we have an established on-site team ready to develop and produce any type of event or project.
