Timber Lodge is an iconic and versatile event venue. Inside, it is bright and airy, with private entrances that open onto our beautiful surrounding parkland. This incredible venue offers full access to the parkland area, providing ample space for away-day activities or sunny summer BBQ parties!

We offer the option to hire three separate room settings. Rooms A and B can be divided by a partition, making them ideal for more intimate events of up to 80 guests each. Both rooms can also be combined into one large space for events with up to 150 guests.

Including the outdoor area, Timber Lodge can accommodate up to 200 guests across all spaces. We accept all types of bookings, including charity events, corporate events, private gatherings, and parties!

Please note that the booking price covers dry hire only, which includes tables and chairs. If you require a bespoke setup, please request for the catering menus.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
