Spectrum Viewing Studios occupies five floors of a Georgian mansion on one of Marylebone's longest terraces. The original period features and modern heritage aesthetic give it a boutique feel that sets it apart from more generic hire spaces.

The venue is well set up for research of all kinds – focus groups, usability testing, sensory research, and quant hall tests, including vaping. The kitchen facilities are extensive: fridge-freezer storage, oven, microwave, air fryer, pizza oven, full glassware and measuring equipment, disposable drinkware and tableware, plus a supermarket shelf and freestanding screens for 3D poster displays.

The spaces also work well for meetings, workshops, and training days. Rooms can be configured in boardroom or theatre-style layouts, with room divisions for more flexible setups. Dedicated fibre broadband, large screens, natural daylight, web streaming and recording, a breakout room, and a changing pod with a hanger rail are all available across the venue. Tea, coffee, and stationery are included, and the venue is well-connected by public transport.
