Receptionist was fantastic and very helpful and supportive.
There needs to be a little more information within the rooms for guest to be able get started more promptly. I feel the equipment and rooms should be checked before each session to ensure it is fit for purpose, the room we booked had issues with the lights, the second room offered the recording equipment was not working correctly. In the end we sorted it. however it took great deal of time.
