Excellent experience with Gaucho Tower Bridge for a wedding reception / dinner shared amongst guests. The team at Gaucho were able to accommodate our every request, we had a wonderful evening and the waiters / servers were attentive given the large demand and volume of orders. I would highly recommend this restaurant for those who intend to have a medium-large group setting. We reserved the top floor so had the overarching views of the bridge while dining. The newly renovated space created a wonderful atmosphere with a scenic backdrop for photography and videography. The food service and quality was outstanding, we even had the chef's give a hand in the assistance of cutting the wedding cake. Time would fail me to mention how accommodating the team were; from cake transportation to storage in their facilities, their pastries professional fixing a small indent within the wedding cake due to a long transportation (not the fault of the restaurant but my own responsibility), pre orders of menu's with accuracy so over 60 guests have the correct orders. We are extremely grateful for the high level of professionalism and service delivery. I will certainly be returning in future for an evening meal. Would like to thank all staff involved and namingly those who we had the more immediate contact with: Daniela, Octavia, Joanna, Robyn, Emma and Mai. Many thanks for giving us the experience of a lifetime.
