Studio at 39 comprises of 2 studio spaces within the grounds of a private residence in South Croydon, just a short tram journey away from Central Croydon. The property is at the edge of the Bramley Bank Nature Reserve; so we are surrounded by trees, birds and nature.

The larger of the studios measures approx 10 x 4m and will comfortably fit 10-12 yoga mats. The studio can be adapted to accommodate work benches or tables and has plenty of electrical points.

The smaller studio measures approx 4x4m, has seating and tables for 8 people and can be used for small creative workshops.

FAQ

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
