Great space, perfect mix of interesting decor elements yet the ability to be versatile. Natural light in the main room was a great bonus. Simon and Tommy were really helpful and made sure every question was answered and every need was attended to.

Fabulous 2,000 sq ft spacious minimalist warehouse apartment in the heart of London EC1, located near Old Street, Angel and Clerkenwell. High ceilings and original warehouse features.
This location is perfect for all types of events including meetings, social gatherings, product launches and photo shoots to include filming. Has featured in numerous film and tv shows along with photo shoots for newspapers and magazines.
Sizona is a creative space for creative people offering affordable rates and flexible working hours.
Easy access from the street and close to busy Old Street and Shoreditch.
Please note:
Curfew approx 9pm by arrangement
We ask for 50% of the agreed fee extra as a damage deposit which is returned to you after the booking presuming all is okay.
