This events space is made up of two adjoining units—29 & 31—each retaining the authentic character of its former life as an industrial laundrette. The venue combines exposed brickwork, original machinery, and graffitied walls with flexible layouts, allowing organisers to create memorable event experiences.
Unit 29: The Warehouse & Engine Room
Once the operational heart of the laundrette, this dramatic warehouse-style space is perfect for large-scale events and features:
-Drive-in access, ideal for large installations and event build-ins
-Pitched roof ceilings with skylights (currently blacked out for lighting control, which can easily be removed for natural light)
-Raw brick walls & exposed beams
-Retained vintage machinery, adding to the authentic industrial atmosphere
This unit works particularly well for launches, performances, exhibitions and brand experiences.
Unit 31: Industrial, Office & Breakout Spaces
Unit 31 offers a mix of industrial and ancillary spaces, providing flexibility for multi-room events, guest flow, and back-of-house use.
