The Roost is a great quirky, stylish and beautiful venue, rich in spaces and opportunities. The garden, three floors incl. Bar, dancefloor and eclectic furniture. We had a really fun and memorable wedding reception here and our guests loved it.
Steph, Dave and Barry were great to work with, responsive, helpful and reasonable to our requests.
There is a list of preferred caterers but you can also bring in your own.
It's worth noting that you have to exit the venue by midnight which is a shame when you've spent a lot of time setting it up.
It's a dry hire which means you have to bring everything: from atmospheric lightbulbs, barware, plus move the heavy furniture around. This can be taken care of for a fee, which we chose to do.

Dave and Steph were literally amazing from beginning to end, nothing we asked or wanted was too much. The communication from Steph throughout was second to none, and we were kept informed and up to date at every step. On our wedding day, Dave could not have been more helpful. He genuinely went above and beyond every single expectation, and became a true part of our day and one of the guests, rather than just someone who worked there.
The guests were raving about the venue, and Dave in person, to me and my husband all day and night, and couldn’t even find the words to how lovely, and funny and ridiculously helpful he was, doing everything he could to make our day the most incredible day.
We truly will never forget it and we can’t thank you guys enough. You have been incredible.
On another note, the interior is absolutely breathtaking, so beautiful and quirky and different. Truly a unique experience.
That I can’t live there.

We rented this for our Civil Partnership after party and it was really fabulous! Really wonderful venue, perfect size for around 100 guests and the team there are really fantastic and supportive both during the planning and on the evening itself. So nice that you can really make the venue your own and great to have some outdoor space for summer evenings. Could recommend it more highly.
