Service on the day was fantastic, the wait staff were very attentive. The venue looked amazing in photos. It was the perfect size for an intimate wedding with different spaces for a bar area, a seated meal and a dance floor. The hotel rooms are also stunning and were a great backdrop for getting ready photos

We celebrated my 50th with a black-tie dinner & dance party in the Tapestry and Mulberry rooms at the Gore. Our overseas guests stayed the night of the party at the hotel. We had 36 guests in total and the evening was an absolute success – everyone thoroughly enjoyed a quintessential English experience.
The dining rooms looked stunning and provided a fabulous backdrop for our celebration. We began with a champagne reception and canapes, followed by a sit-down dinner around 4 beautifully set-up round tables, followed by a disco at the far end of the Tapestry room. One table had to be removed to free up space. Our event manager, Marius, did a superb job on the day ensuring everything ran seamlessly.
The food was outstanding; our guests were most impressed and complemented the chef. The rooms' set up, the name cards and the seating plan were flawless.
A heartfelt thank you to Hatice for creating a truly special atmosphere for my big five-oh, and to Victoria for sorting out accommodation for our guests. Their efforts made the evening truly memorable. Everyone commented on how impressed they were with every detail.
Parking may be an issue due to a very central location
