Phil and all of the Staff were excellent and attentive, venue was flexible to our needs. The buffet had really good feedback from my team , really happy with quality and quantity. For a more casual work presentation this is a really good alternative so other options in the same area and i thought it was all excellent value for money.
nothing really about the booking. Only would lose marks on the whiff of the loos but everything else was as god or better than expectation.

The location is bang on, right in front of the London eye. The venue was big enough for a group of 50. Everyone in the venue was super accommodative right from the manager and the bar staff. We could use our own stereo system and they literally allowed us to do whatever we asked for. Abbey was very kind and she even gave us some Christmas crackers for the event. The food was delicious and would love to host more events at this venue
It was a bit difficult to get connected to the sales team as it's a central number and they rarely pick up calls. I had to contact everything via mail but they responded to all my queries and nothing to complain tbh.
