The location is bang on, right in front of the London eye. The venue was big enough for a group of 50. Everyone in the venue was super accommodative right from the manager and the bar staff. We could use our own stereo system and they literally allowed us to do whatever we asked for. Abbey was very kind and she even gave us some Christmas crackers for the event. The food was delicious and would love to host more events at this venue

It was a bit difficult to get connected to the sales team as it's a central number and they rarely pick up calls. I had to contact everything via mail but they responded to all my queries and nothing to complain tbh.

The area can get quite hot so it is best to ask for the airconditioning to be on prior to your event.

Great location with a private room and bar just for our guests was a lovely touch. We weren't rushed out the door when our time came to an end which was hugely appreciated.

The private space worked for our team event as it's in a perfect location. It did what it said on the tin. The staff were attentive and friendly and the cocktails were very nice.

The afternoon tea was very mediocre. However we didn't make the booking with high expectations of the food. It was more about the location.
