Men's loo was probably the worst state of anywhere I've ever been. Every time I went down there throughout the night there was pee, poo and puke all over the floors, cubicles and urinals. A few groups of random people that weren't part of our private party found their way up to the mezzanine throughout the night and we had to get them to leave. The bar staff were nice and friendly but the bar manager had a weird attitude that was patronising, condescending and cold from the moment we arrived and let him know we'd booked upstairs through to when we settled our final bill. We've had far better, cleaner, more personable experiences at other Simmons venues.
