Arena Music Venue is a multi-use space that can be adapted to accommodate a variety of needs. From comedy shows, club nights, cinema screenings, private celebrations, events and community gatherings, we are happy to discuss any requirements that you may have and will work with you to make any ideas and requirements a reality.
Prices for venue hire start from £40 per hour during weekday evenings to £100 per hour on a Saturday night after 5pm. Please see costs based on when you are hosting your event.
We have a fully licenced bar with drinks at reasonable prices.
We will endeavour to provide any services and equipment you require for your special occasion or will work with you and any external suppliers to ensure a streamlined service. Please feel free to reach out to us in the first instance to discuss your event and we will assist wherever possible.
Please note that we do not take bookings for parties for any people aged between 12-24 years of age.

Yes, decorations are allowed provided all decorations and catering waste are removed from the site at the end of the hire period; black bags can be provided and the venue must be returned in satisfactory condition for full refund of the cleaning deposit.
No, only drinks provided by the venue are permitted; dry hire is not offered.
Yes, the venue's sound system is more than adequate for parties and can be assessed during a viewing.
Yes, the hire includes a sound system and lights; DJs must bring their own controller to connect to the system.

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
