Great venue for a children's party. The space is big enough even for a bouncy castle and for kids to run around. Communication with the manager was good and everyone was really helpful and accommodating
Cleanliness was not great. The bathrooms especially were in a horrible state. There had been an event the night before and it was obvious that they had been overused and not cleaned.

The staff were very responsive, very accommodating and very pleasant. They did what they said they would. No issues. Venue on ground floor so easy access. Bar upstairs and no minimm spend which helped our budget. They set up tables before we arrived which cut down on set up time. Allowed to stay until midmight. Most venues had 10.30pm cut off which was too early for us.
Bar located upstars so less accessible.
