The setup ahead of the event and on the day was great. The venue was exactly as pictured, I'll definitely use it again for a future social. I really appreciated the manager and the bartender; they were both flexible, helpful, and kind.

I booked Maxwells for my sisters surprise birthday party. The staff were super helpful, even setting up some of the decorations for us. We had our own personal bar tender who was very attentive, drinks were reasonably priced for central London, music system was good and loud. Definitely recommend.

The team were super helpful and professional, the turnaround time on food/drink was really quick. The facilities were great and the space was just right for what we needed.
One piece of constructive feedback is to ensure that staff do not use the ground floor entrance if they are not part of the team hosting the event in the Studio. It can be quite disruptive with people constantly walking through the event space.

From the greeting to the private space everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a 40th birthday party for 30 guests and the size of the venue was very ideal, it wasn't too big or small. I would say that for around this number of guests it is perfect.
The only downside was the maximum volume of the speakers in the room, they were loud enough for background chatter, but not enough to have a dance party for the last 1-2 hours
