Incredible room with huge windows overlooking Parsons Green. Fabulous service and excellent food
Simon was amazing throughout the entire process, I asked a million questions and he explained everything patiently and ensured my event was an absolute dream. The staff on the night were so helpful and made sure our wedding ran smoothly even helping with our decor at the end. Would highly highly recommend having your event at Aragon House
Everything from the venue, to service, to food was excellent! We had a wonderful time and staff were very kind. Rhiannon, the event manager was attentive and made sure to answer all questions we had as well as accommodate any extra bits we requested.
We booked Arthur's bar but they had set up another function room for us which was not as nice. Thankfully I went there earlier to drop some stuff off and saw this and they managed to change us to the original room we requested. The manager on duty had no note if me booking Arthur's bar at all so by luck of not having another event there she agreed to set it up for us but it would've been very upsetting if we had to suddenly go to some random event room. We also had to wait quite a bit for the menu to be sent out to us, approximately 2-3 months after booking but as they were transitioning to a new menu I can understand, it's just customary to have this available when booking because it was a gamble what food we'd have to choose from. Thankfully the new menu was great and the food was excellent.
Private room was great and Christmassy - perfect for our Team Christmas meal. Service was great, we were well looked after and our glasses were never empty. Food was good too.
