The service was attentive

We booked a specific set of tables many weeks in advance, hand picking a space and even going into the venue to see and confirm things first hand. Then on the night we discover that we've been moved to a cramped area to accommodate a different group that booked after us. There was no communication that our booked tables were now unavailable, or that our booking was subject to change. It was too late to do anything and the staff were apologetic, but it's the last time our group will ever book with Westwood.

Great service, drinks & food well prepared. Even served a few early birds, before the alotted time. Was the 2nd time at Westwood & convienient venue for Westfield area. Catered food options for vegans was important for our group.
