Loved the space (the lounge area), really chic and cosy and perfect for a cornered off party with seating options but also space to become a dance floor. The staff were all super lovely and helpful and ensured the smooth running of the party. Atmosphere was also exactly what we wanted, relaxed to start with and as the night progressed it became a fun club night.
Nothing in particular! Could potentially be improved if table service for drinks was possible to avoid long queues at the bar.

The team were incredible. Kat was our go to during the booking process and she was clear and receptive to all our requests. On the night the staff oversaw everything, from security checking ids and names against the guest list to G the manager being the most professional and charming host. He kept us updated on everything through the night and really made it enjoyable for us as the organisers. Renee was a sweetheart and was friendly and helpful to all of us at the event and we really appreciate his hospitality. The venue was clean, the food we ordered was so tasty. I really had no complaints.

We had the best time ever at the Lounge in Lucy Wong. Massive thank you to all the incredible staff, in particular Kat and Grace who could not have been more helpful. They responded so quickly and patiently to all my messages and dealing with them has been a real pleasure. The Lounge was perfect to host my event, such a hidden gem, and the food and drinks were absolutely fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lucy Wong to my friends and look forward to going back!! Thank you to all at Lucy Wong!
