Great venue and location. Perfect for an occasion where you want some sharing food, drinks and to be able to hold a conversation. Casual seating and great staff on the night. Most of the food was delicious! Would recommend.
Food must be preordered, which was harder than it should have been as there is a minimum requirement on canapé dishe numbers (so you don't have free reign over the whole menu).
Unfortunately the venue were not great at explaining this clearly despite many requests for clarification, and even maybe were a little bit rude explaining this.
The sweet potato dish was also undercooked on the night.
Also just to note - it's not a private venue for you alone. The bar will be shared with other guests, but it is fairly small so wouldn't likely be an issue.

I hosted a movie viewing here for my 30th birthday and for this price range I highly doubt you could find a better venue than this. The location is ideal for people all over to get to, the room is a really cosy affair for 30 people and Sherene and Whitney were extremely helpful, patient and responsive during the enquiry/payment process.
After making my payment and arriving at the venue the staff were also extremely professional, kind and efficient. The receptionists welcomed us in and the staff helped us get set up in the room and stayed on hand for anything we needed. The caterers responded expertly to any requests and last minute changes and the food was fantastic, everyone finished it so quickly! They also helped cut and serve the cake which was hugely appreciated. Throughout the chaos the team stayed cool and helped everything run as smoothly as possible.
Thank you for helping make my birthday one to remember!

The team were absolutely fantastic, particularly Sherene, our booking agent and George who helped with the Tech side in the screening room.
The venue was perfect for our short film screening and the all amenities were clean, tidy and the technology was brilliant.
