The Cinema room is located on the lower ground floor, offering a mix of vintage glamour and opulent design with plush fabrics. The space benefits from its own private bar and is fully sound proof to cater to a range of events, including board meetings, product launches, movie screening, band rehearsal and performances, private dining and dry hires.
The space boasts various equipment including, projector including TV channels, 7 channel stereo system, 2 blu ray DVD players, portable sound systems subwoofers microphones, clicker for presentation, stage lights, AV & WIFI.
The Cinema room is perfect for theatre-style layouts for up to 30 pax, private dinners and breakfast meetings for up to 44, as well as banquets seating up to 80. The Cinema room is ideal for private and intimate dinners.
Guests benefits from their own purpose-built bar and waiting staff.
A bespoke menu can be created, alternatively guests can choose from set menus and drink packages.

I hosted a movie viewing here for my 30th birthday and for this price range I highly doubt you could find a better venue than this. The location is ideal for people all over to get to, the room is a really cosy affair for 30 people and Sherene and Whitney were extremely helpful, patient and responsive during the enquiry/payment process.
After making my payment and arriving at the venue the staff were also extremely professional, kind and efficient. The receptionists welcomed us in and the staff helped us get set up in the room and stayed on hand for anything we needed. The caterers responded expertly to any requests and last minute changes and the food was fantastic, everyone finished it so quickly! They also helped cut and serve the cake which was hugely appreciated. Throughout the chaos the team stayed cool and helped everything run as smoothly as possible.
Thank you for helping make my birthday one to remember!

The team were absolutely fantastic, particularly Sherene, our booking agent and George who helped with the Tech side in the screening room.
The venue was perfect for our short film screening and the all amenities were clean, tidy and the technology was brilliant.

I booked the karma sanctum hotel for a kids birthday party because I wanted the parents to have as great a time as the kids and I’m so glad that I did.
From the get go sherene was brilliant in terms of answering all of my questions. We got a really good value deal on the sharing platters for the parents and same on the kids plates with desert.
Pedro in the restaurant immediately welcomed us and took the allergies in the group seriously. He was organised and firm which gave us all confidence. And despite the stress of people in the party arriving late he was super patient and attentive. The whole team in the restaurant were excellent. I must also mention the chef and his team who cooked some absolutely gorgeous sharing platters for the parents. Every single one of the small plates was outstanding. Even the gluten intolerant member of the team had a lovely lovely meal and didn’t feel at all like an afterthought.
After lunch we watched a movie in the cinema room where George assisted in setting up the movie. All was really well organised and efficient and it was lovely that he left us to it.
Sherene - a massive thank you to the entire team. We are booking again for next year! :-)
