This Grand Street loft sits just off SoHo on the Lower East Side and is set up for photo shoots, filming, pop-ups, or smaller private events. It’s about 1,500 square feet with an open layout, so it’s easy to move things around and adjust the setup as needed.
The main feature is a white cyclorama wall (16 ft wide, 17 ft deep, 11 ft high), which works well as a clean backdrop. North-facing windows bring in steady natural light without harsh sun, so it’s reliable for daylight shoots.
There’s 150A three-phase power on site, plus basic amenities like a lounge area, sink, fridge, microwave, and private bathroom. A freight elevator is available on weekdays (9am–5pm) to make load-in and load-out easier, and entry is handled through a video doorbell system.
The cyc is kept clean, though some light marks can show with use. If you need a freshly painted surface, that can be arranged for an extra fee. A selection of lighting equipment is included, and additional gear can be sourced if needed.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
