General Rules:
No smoking anywhere inside the building.
No open flames (candles, incense, etc.) TBD
Outside catering is welcome; please remove all food and trash at the end of your booking, otherwise you'll be charged with cleaning fee.
Please protect floors and walls when moving equipment or props; use furniture pads when needed.
Music and noise must be kept at a respectful level for our neighbors.
Guests must return the space to its original condition before the end of the booking.
All bookings must include setup and breakdown time within the reserved hours.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
No smoke machines allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras installed in the studio for safety and insurance purposes. Locations: One camera faces the cyclorama and another faces the main open space.
Operation: These cameras remain on during normal hours to record activity in these common areas.
Data retention: Video footage is stored for 30 days only, so we can review it if something is damaged or if any issues arise.
There are no cameras in the bathroom or any private areas.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
