A newly renovated, ventilated, column free, private studio in the heart of the theater district/hell's kitchen for an hourly or weekly rental. The intimate studio measures 18ft x 42ft and comes equipped with a wooden dance floor, piano, mirrors, wifi, copy services, colored LED track lights, and necessary props and furniture.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
